Uemdo is an island in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the Uemdo Geological Site is the oldest rock formation in Hwaseong Geopark (about 1.87 billion years old). The accumulated time of the rocks is presented in front of us as split and curved.

우음도는 경기도 화성시에 위치한 섬으로, 우음도 지질명소는 화성 국가지질공원에서 가장 오래된 암석층을 이루고 있다. 약 18억 7천만 년에 걸쳐 축적된 암석의 시간이 갈라지고 휘어진 모습으로 우리 앞에 펼쳐진다.
